The School of Forestry & Environmental Studies plays an integral part in the Environmental Studies major in Yale College. Faculty of the School teach core courses, as well as courses specifically designed for the major. Students are grounded in the interdisciplinary relationship joining the environment with business, technology, law, politics, governance, and other related areas. An endowed teaching fund will support faculty members engaged in undergraduate education, helping to defray the costs of teaching, related research activities, and curriculum development.
